1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 litres softened ice cream
Chocolate-syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Rice Krispies, corn syrup and peanut butter together and press in 9 x 13 pan.
Pour 1/2 of ice cream over base and freeze.
Add chocolate syrup over this layer.
Add remainder of ice cream and chocolate syrup. Swirl and then freeze.

Recipe from Helen Day. Our friendship with Helen and Billy goes back over 50 years. We first met in Sydney and as families we moved to Halifax area the same week in July 1976. We had many holiday trips with the kids when they were young and many annual lobster parties over the year. Now in our retirement years we have taken many memorable trips to Europe, Middle East and other spots in this beautiful world. Our friendship is special and they are very special friends to both of us.
