Fetuccine
1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream
2 pinches nutmeg
1 1/2 cups grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cook pasta according to directions
Melt butter over medium heat
whisk in cream and nutmeg
bring to a simmer
lower the heat to keep warm
Drain pasta and add to the cream mixture.
Toss wiht sheese.
Season with salt and pepper
