Dough:
2 1/2 flour
1 egg
dash salt
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 (8-ounce) package Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg with flour and salt. Add water to hold, then knead. Roll out - like tea biscuits but thinner.
Boil potatoes and mash. Add cheese and mix until creamy.
Add to centre of rolled out circles. Seal.
Boil in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with melted butter and/or sour cream.
Fry leftovers in butter until lightly browned.
