1 cup long grain rice
1 cup pearl barley
1/4 cup butter
8 chopped green onions
2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans consomme
2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans water
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can whole mushrooms including liquid

Mix together and bake in a covered casserole for 1 hour at 350°. Toss and serve.
