2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition. Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours. Shape dough into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 8 dozen
