1/4 C Dijon mustard
6 T Lemon juice
1/4 C Parsley
1 C + 2 T Hot sauce
4 T Whole grain mustard
12 ea Garlic cloves
6 T Capers with juice
2 T Worcestershire
2 T Spanish Paprika
12 ea. Green onions, rough chop
1 t Kosher salt
2 t Cayenne

Combine all ingredients in food processor until fully incorporated.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. (Add caper juice if salt is needed)
