3 T Olive oil blend
1 T Garlic, minced
1 whole Yellow onion, julienne
1 ea #10 Italian tomatoes
1 QT Heavy Cream
1 C Fresh basil, packed
1 t Red pepper flakes
Kosher salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sweat down the onion in oil, then add garlic and red pepper flakes in a heavy bottom rondo.
Add Italian tomatoes, heavy cream and basil
Simmer for 30-45mins. Purée with a stick blender.
Taste and adjust salt accordingly.
Simmer for another 10mins.
Pour into a bucket, ice down, label before storing.
