Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake mix
1¼ C. water
⅓ C. oil
3 eggs
1 C. sour cream
1 package Oreo cookies, crushed
1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
½ C. butter
1½ C.sugar
⅓ C. evaporated milk
½ C. chocolate chips
1 package white chocolate Jello instant pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease sides and bottom of pans. Blend together cake mix, oil, water, eggs, sour cream, and pudding mix. Beat at low speed for 30 seconds. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Crush Oreo cookies, best using food processor and stir in cream cheese until fully blended. This will be a very thick filling. After the cake has cooled, spread the Oreo filling between layers as you stack. If making cupcakes, let cupcakes cool and then top with Oreo filling and then make icing and top with it. To make icing, in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt together butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil for one minute and stir in chocolate chips. Remove from heat and pour over cake (it sets up quickly) and garnish with chocolate chips. For cupcakes make sure to follow baking time on box.
