1 lb de grosses crevettes avec écailles
1 gros oignon haché
1/2 bâtonnet (environ 56g) de beurre à l'ail
1 c à thé de persil
1 c à thé de paprika
1 c à thé d'origan
1 c à thé d'épices cajun
1 c à thé (ou moins) de piment broyé
1 c à thé de sauce Worchestershire
Sel-poivre
Jus de 1/2 citron

Faire revenir l'oignon dans un peu d'huile 3-4 minutes jusqu'à ce que l'oignon soit tendre. Ajouter les épices et cuire 2 minutes. Ajouter le beurre à l'ail et faire fondre. Ajouter les crevettes et le jus de citron. Cuire les crevettes jusqu'à ce que les crevettes soient roses (environ 7 minutes).
