1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, Mexican or regular
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 lb spaghetti pasta
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream chicken soup
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, saute chicken in melted butter. When no longer pink, add onions and peppers,. Boil spaghetti and drain. Set aside. Add tomatoes, soup and spaghetti to chicken, onion and pepper mixture. Add cheese and stir together, adding salt and pepper to taste. Heat until cheese is melted.
