2 (12-ounce) pork tenderloins
1 pkg shake'n'bake crispy pork coating mix
Sauce:
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Moisten 2 pork tenderloin - about 12 oz. with water. Shake one at a time in mix.
Bake 400° for 30 Minutes. Slice and serve with sauce.
Sauce:
Bring ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick enough to coat a spoon.
