Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix together well. Pour into an 8-inch baking dish then shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350º for 1½ hours. Mix ingredients for Tangy Mustard Glaze together, poke holes in loaf, and spoon over loaf last 30 minutes.
For Easter this year, I put the ham loaf in a 225º oven before we left for church at 10:00. When we got home around 12:30, I turned the oven up to 325º, poked holes in the loaf, added the glaze, baked for 20 more minutes. Everyone thought it was delicious and it was baked to perfection!
