4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
1/1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c heavy cream(not necessary)

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine dry ingred., cut in butter til like coarse meal
Add buttermilk, gently mix
Scrap onto floued board, making 10 x 12 x 1 rectangle
Cut ith 3 inch cutter, reroll scraps, but bisquits om pan, brush with cream
Bale at 450 for 12-15 min.
