bread slices (no crust)
1 pound cooked bacon, ham or sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

5 eggs
3 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line greased 13x9 pan with bread slices. Top with your choice meat, add cheese. Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over all. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Before baking, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour on top. Bake at 325º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Can add mushrooms and asparagus.

This is a classic overnight egg dish. I grew up with my mom making a dish just like this one. Sunday made this for a breakfast shower that we had at church. Sunday was my choir director, bible study leader and one of the best titus 2 women in my life.
