1 box rigatoni noodles
1 can stewed tomatoes( drained and excess liquid squeezed out)
2 cups raw cashews( soaked at least 4 hours)
4 tbsp.water
1 jar spicy red sauce ( or your favorite jar sauce)
1 tbsp.basil paste
1.tbsp. garlic powder
1 container follow your heat parmesan
3/4 cup vodka

Directions:
Drain the cashews ,add them to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth adding a little water at a time to make a thick cream(about 4 tbsp.). Add the container of parmesan cheese to cashew cream and blend until creamy, set aside. Pour the sauce and add all other ingredients to a large sauce pan(not cashew cheese mixture yet).Heat the sauce mixture for 20 min on med. heat .Stir in the cashew cheese mixture.Heat on low for 5 min.(note:do not over heat once you add the cashew cheese mixture it will scald it). Serve immediately and enjoy.
