2 c persimmon pulp
2 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 c half and half
1 c buttermilk
1 t. baking soda
1/3 c butter, melted
dash cinnamon

Hard Sauce
1 c powdered sugar
2-5 T butter
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
Optional flavorings: 1 T coffee or 1 T whiskey
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c cream
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together pulp, sugar and eggs, then add all other pudding ingredients. Pour in greased 9x13 dish and bake at 325º for 1 hour. Combine all sauce ingredients together and chill. Pour over pudding before serving.
