2 Chicken breasts, cubed
½ bag small shrimp
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, diced
½ bag shredded carrots
½ head cabbage, chopped
½ C. soy sauce
1 bag rice noodles
¼ C. oil
2½ C. chicken broth
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rice noodles in half and place under cold water then in dry bowl with towel on top.
Cook chicken until no longer pink, add onions, shrimp, carrots, garlic with oil. Sauté. Add chicken broth and cook to simmer. Add soy sauce and pepper(lots). Add shredded cabbage . Once veggies are half cooked, add rice noodles. Cook on low until broth dries out. Can serve with white rice.
