3/4 c sugar
2 large eggs
1 T apricot jam
5 oz. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 T butter
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vinegar
1/3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease a 7x7 pyrex dish.
Beat sugar and eggs until thick, add jam and mix. Melt butter and add butter and vinegar to sugar mixture. Mix flour, soda and salt and add with milk to egg mixture. Beat well.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
 

Sauce


Ingredients:

3/4 c cream
3 1/2 oz. butter
3-5 oz. sugar
1/3 c hot water
2 t. vanilla essence

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for sauce and stir well. Pour over pudding as soon as it comes out of oven. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
