1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 t. Salt
1 c. Milk warmed
pinch Baking Soda
1 c. Water, warmed
1 1/8 t. Dry Yeast
4 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs stiff. add remaining ingredients except flour and mix well. Add flour and beat hard. Cove and let rise 6-8 hours. Beat down and put in buttered tins. Let rise again and then bake for 40 minutes (keeping it covered for the first 20 minutes. Eat hot with butter.
