3/4 c. Lard
1 quart Milk
2 T. Sugar
1 t. Salt
1 1/8 t. Dry Yeast dissolved in warm water
Flour to make a soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the milk and add lard to melt. Pour into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise overnight. In the morning, knead and form into rolls. Let rise until doubled in size and bake at 350-degrees for 15-20 minutes.
