3/4 c. Cornmeal
1 1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 t Salt
5 t. Baking Powder
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 T. Butter, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Turn out into shallow, buttered pan and bake at 400-degrees for 25 minutes.
