1 Pt. Sour Milk
1 Egg, beaten
pinch of Salt
Cornmeal to make a "moderately stiff dough"
1 t. Baking Soda
2 T. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Baking Soda and Flour together in a large bowl. Cover and let sit on the counter overnight.
The next morning add Baking Soda and Flour and fry dough by 1/4 cupfuls on a hot, well-greased griddle flipping once.
