1 1/2 c. Cornmeal
2 Eggs
1/4 c. Butter
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Sugar
2 t. Baking Powder
Milk to make a thin batter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered pan and bake in a 400-degree oven. Break instead of cutting when serving.
