1 1/2 c. Stale Bread (broken into small pieces)
2 c. Cold Water
3/4 c. Molasses
1 1/2 c. Rye Meal
1 1/2 c. Corn Meal
1 1/2 c. Graham Flour
3 t. Baking Soda
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 1/4 c. Cold Water

Directions:
In a large bowl mix bread and 2 c. water. Set aside overnight. In the morning rub the mixture through a colander and back into the bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Fill greased tin cans 2/3 full with the mixture and steam them for two hours.
