4 ripe bananas, sliced into thin rounds
¼ cup finely chopped roasted almonds
2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of coarse sea salt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Freeze banana slices in single layer on foil or wax paper. In small bowl, combine almonds with 2 teaspoons maple syrup and pinch of salt and set aside. Combine frozen banana slices, almond milk, remaining maple syrup, and vanilla in processor and pulse until mixture is texture of soft ice cream.
Spoon into bowls and immediately sprinkle with almond mixture
