¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
3 large peaches, peeled, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan over medium high heat, and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes or until peaches are very tender, stirring frequently. Place peach mixture and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until smooth. Refrigerate one hour, Stir in cream. Divide peach mixture among ice pop molds, top with lid and insert craft stick into center. Freeze for 6 hours or more until thoroughly frozen.

(recipe makes four pops, so double in amount for 8 pops)
