4-5 cups cooked squash, drained
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 onion, chopped
1-4oz can chopped green chiles, drained
1 c. grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 package herb dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked squash in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper; add onion, green chiles, cheese, soup, and sour cream. Blend well. Mix margarine and herb dressing mix. Place 1/2 of the dressing mix in a 9x13 inch greased baking dish. Pour squash mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining dressing mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
