1 chicken cut up or thighs or skinless, boneless thighs
4 T. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
1 t. salt
1 t. curry or more

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Roll chicken in shallow baking dish to coat both sides. Bake at 375º for one hour. (Cover if sauce starts to dry up). Serve over rice.
