2 C. Macaroni
2 C. Shredded Cheese
3 level T. cornstarch or flour
Salt and pepper
1 Stick butter
2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Use one bowl – melt butter. Add cornstarch, whisk, add 1 cup milk. Microwave for one minute at a time until thick, stirring in between. Add another cup of milk after two minutes. Cook five minutes total. Add Cooked noodles to sauce with one cup of shredded cheese. Stir. Add cheese on top. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an 8 x 8 pan.
