8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup mayo
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoon madras curry powder
Thai sweet chili sauce
Angel flake coconut
Currants, plumped in hot water
Green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together at room temp cream cheese and mayo, sour cream and curry.

Assemble dip by alternating layers of cream cheese mixture, thai chili sauce, coconut, currents and green onions

Serve with crackers or red pepper strips
