2 chicken thighs
1 small onion
1 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 10 1/2 oz can condensed beef bouillon
1 10 1/2 oz can condensed chicken broth
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon bottled steak sauce
3 corn tortillas, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook chicken thighs with some water and shred or cut into bite size, then saute onion, chiles and garlic in oil until soft with the chicken. Add tomatoes, bouillon, chicken broth, water, tomato juice, cumin, chile powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and steak sauce. Bring soup to a boil; lower heat and simmer covered 1 hour. Add tortillas and cheese and simmer 10 minutes longer. Or add cheese in with each bowl served to vary amount for individual preferences.
