3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
5 t. baking powder
2 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 t. grated lemon peel
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. blueberries or huckleberries

Mix dry, mix wet. Combine. Fold in berries. Line and spray muffin cups, fill 2/3 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400º until done 15 to 20 minutes. Dip tops in melted butter and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
