1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. milk at room temperature
1/3 c. melted and cooled butter
l large egg at room temperature
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line and spray muffin cups. Stir together dry ingredients, do the same with wet. Mix together till just combined (don't over mix). Spoon into muffin cups 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400º for 15 to 20 minutes.
