1 1/3 warm cups of water
2 TBL Olive or Canola oil
3 TBL honey
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
1 1/3 cups whole wheat bread flour
1/2 cup flax seed ground
1 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, a pinch of sugar (not in above ingredients) and yeast......let proof. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well and then knead for 10 minutes.

Let rise until double, then punch down and shape into a loaf.

Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, check to see if the bottom sounds hollow when tapped....if not bake another 10 minutes.

If you use a bread machine, pour all the ingredients into machine pan and select basic white cycle and start.
