1/2 tsp. vanilla
½ cup butter, softened to room temperature
¾ cup creamy peanut butter (not natural style)
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and chill at least one hour.
Form into balls and freeze.
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
Dip balls into chocolate and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set. keep in refrigerator until served.
