¼ c finely chopped onion
¼ c finely chopped celery
¼ c finely chopped bell pepper
3 slices bread, make into crumbs in food processor
1 can drained salmon
1 egg
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 inch skillet with non-stick spray and heat. Add onion, celery and pepper and cook over medium heat stirring frequently until onions are tender. Transfer to mixing bowl.
Add all but ⅓ c bread crumbs and remaining ingredients to veggies and mix with a fork.
Shape into patties( I sometimes add a little flour to hold the patties together) and on a piece of wax paper dredge in reserved bread crumbs.
Wipe skillet clean. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat. Add patties and cook over medium heat until brown. I cover with a lid and let it cook throughly. Takes about 5 minutes on a side.
