Strawberry Pizza Recipe

CRUST:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
12 Tbsp butter (1 1/2 cubes)

CREAM BASE:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

FILLING:
3 tbsp strawberry jello (1/2 of 3 oz. pkg)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 c water
1 c sugar
1 qt (4 cups) sliced strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. combine crust and press into a 12" pizza or tart pan, bake for 12-15 min and cool.
Blend together the cream base and spread on top of cooled crust, refrigerate.
On the stovetop, boil together the filling (without strawberries) for 1 minute and let cool about 5-10 minutes, then add the sliced strawberries. Cool filling in fridge about 30 minutes, then spread on pizza and return to fridge to set overnight or at least a 2 hours if you can keep it that long!
