1 cup chopped onion
1 lb hamburger or ground turkey
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 16oz can drained tomatoes
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups water
Dash of oregano and garlic powder
6 oz uncooked no-yolk noodles
8 oz shredded mozzarella chees

Directions:
Directions:
Spray non stick pan with Pam.
Sauté onions, pepper, celery, and meat together.
Drain off grease.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles and cheese.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven at 350º.
In a 9x19 pan, spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cover with noodles.
Spoon remaining sauce on top.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Serves 8
