Ingredients:  
4 cups sliced zucchini -par boil a few minutes and drain
Saute in butter:
¼ cup chopped onions
¼ cup chopped green pepper

Mix together:
2 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

On stove top -melt 1 Tbsp butter
Add:
4 Tbsp bread crumbs

Can add chopped mushrooms,etc.... if desired.

Fold zucchini slices in mixture. Top with bread crumb mixture
Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake 350º for about 30 minutes
