1½ lbs beef sirloin tip steak
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 (12-16) oz jar roasted red peppers
½ C hickory or mesquite flavor bbq sauce
¼ C chopped fresh Italian parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and season meat with paprika. Brown 5 min in oil. Remove and keep warm.

Add peppers and ½ C liquid (adding water if needed) to pan with bbq sauce. Cook 5 min until thickened. Return meat to pan and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.

Can be served over rice.
