1 Large Can Chunked Pineapple
2 Oranges (or 4 Clementines)
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Flour (or 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch)
3/4 Cup Whipped Cream (or creamy cool whip)
1/2 Cup Sugar
20 Large Marshmallows (cut into 4 pieces each)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple juice and save the juice. Boil juice with the sugar.

2. Beat eggs, flour, and sugar together. Pour juice slowly into the eggs to temper the eggs and cook until almost as thick as pudding. Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool.

3.Mix together the pineapple chunks, orange sections, and marshmallows. Fold in the cooled pudding. Add the whipped cream and fold gently into the pudding mixture. Chill.
