1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion - chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

16 oz. tater tot potatoes - frozen
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup - undiluted
1/2 soup can milk or water

1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the meat and onion. Drain any fat. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in a greased 1-1/2 quart to 2-quart casserole dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk or water; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
