3 C sugar
1 C Karo
½ C water
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1 C chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Karo, water, salt & sugar in sauce pan.
Boil to 265º (hard ball stage)
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks
Gradually beat in beat boiling syrup
Beat until it starts to stiffen
Add vanilla & nuts
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper & cool
