3 T Olive oil
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup white wine
1 lb. Hot Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cups chopped onion
1 red pepper, cut into matchstick size
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 T minced garlic
2 T tomato paste
1 T minced fresh rosemary
12 oz Farfalle pasta
1 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated'
3/4 cup Italian parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add chicken. Cook and stir until done and remove from skillet. Add wine to skillet and deglaze until you have about 2 tablespoons of liquid. Pour over chicken in bowl. Add sausage, onions and pepper to skilled and cook until sausage is browned and cooked through. Add garlic and stir Mix in tomatoes, paste, stock and rosemary and simmer until reduced to sauce consistency, about 10 minutes. Add chicken and juices to skill and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile cook pasta to just firm stage and drain. Mix in large bowl with sauce and chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
