Single Recipe:
1-1/2 cups pumpkin - cooked & mashed
2/3 stick melted margarine
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Double Recipe:
3 cups pumpkin - cooked & mashed
1-1/3 stick melted margarine
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
6 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
2 teaspoons lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake for 35 minutes in a 350º oven.

You can also sprinkle a light layer of sugar on top before putting in the oven.

This recipe doubles well.
