1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion (can use 2 Tbsp reconstituted dry minced onion)
2 cloves minced garlic
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red barbeque sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
6 hamburger buns


Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onions, garlic, salt and pepper until no longer pink. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon onto buns and serve.
