1 pkg. light cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. non-fat sour cream
2 t. vanilla
2 t. lemon juice
1 c. cold skim milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix. Beat well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with sliced apples, strawberries and pineapple.

Dip apple slices in lemon juice and they won't turn brown. This low-fat recipe is from my sister Sue.
