2 lbs. carrots - sliced or chunked, and cooked crisp tender (10 mins.)
1 large onion, diced
1 green pepper, cut into 1" pieces

MARINATE:
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. paprika
1 T. dry mustard
1 can tomato soup

Blend the marinade ingredients and then pour over the vegetables. Let set in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
