1 can refried beans
12 green onions, chopped
4 avocados
1 lemon
16 oz sour cream
½ head of lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
16 oz shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with PAM. 2. Spread layer of refried beans on bottom of pan. 3. Chop up green onions, using a little of the green leaves, spread on top of beans. 4. Peel and mash 4 avocados. Squeeze juice from 1 lemon. Add and stir, spread on top of onions. 5. Spread carton of sour cream on top of avocados. 6. Shred 1/4 lettuce and sprinkle over sour cream. 7. Dice 2 tomatoes and spread over lettuce. 8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over lettuce.
