2 lbs Velvetta Cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies
½ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup bell pepper, chopped
3 tbs oleo

Optional:
1 lb cooked hamburger or sausage drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large glass bowl, add 2 lbs velvetta cheese, cut up into small pieces. Place in microwave. Cook for 8 minutes, stir. Then cook at 3 minute intervals, stirring between each time. 2. While cheese is melting, in a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in the oleo. Cook for about 5 minutes on low. 3. Pour onion mixture into melted cheese. Pour 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies into cheese mixture. OPTIONAL: Pour drained seasoned hamburger or sausage into cheese mixture. 4. Stir. Microwave for 3 more minutes. 5. Keep in crock pot on warm.
